Hello, my name is Rebecca Endres. I have been working at Schütze + Seifert for a long time: I started in 2004 and completed my training as an office administrator here. Later I did a part-time training as a human resources specialist. Since then I have been working in the personnel department and am responsible for creating employee files and payroll accounting. I am also one of the contact persons for forms.
I am part of the head office here in Fulda. With a great team, I get to handle different tasks here. So it never gets boring here.

Hello, my name is Maria-Theresa Frank. I completed my training as an office management assistant at Schütze + Seifert from 2015 to 2018.
After the training, there was no question for me to go to another company because I really like my job and workplace. I also feel very comfortable here. Since then I have been working as a team assistant in the head office of Schütze + Seifert. My responsibilities include personnel processing and invoicing.

Hello, my name is Detlef Hambuch. After my training as a police officer in the Federal Border Guard, I was initially deployed there for 10 years in various assignments. After completing retraining as an industrial clerk in 1992, I then worked for various companies in commercial administration.
I have been with Schütze + Seifert since 2006 as a personnel planner in the Fulda branch. In addition to recruiting employees, my responsibilities also include the sales side to our customers with the aim of filling vacancies in the best possible way, both in classic temporary employment and in personnel placement.

Hello, my name is Melanie Hofmann and I come here four days a week from Völkershausen (Thuringia) to Fulda! Before my colleagues arrive at the office, I prepare freshly brewed coffee for us.
I have been working as a team assistant at the Schütze + Seifert head office for 15 years (with baby breaks). Before that, I completed an apprenticeship in an industrial company. My responsibilities include financial accounting, where I juggle the numbers, as well as general administrative tasks. If necessary, I also support the personnel processing department because we are faster together.

Hello, my name is Sven Pöttgen and I have been working for Schütze + Seifert since 1997. Initially, I entered timesheets, wrote invoices and prepared pay slips, among other things. Later I handled all the bookkeeping.
In the 1990s, I successfully completed my training as a tax clerk and at the beginning of 2000 I qualified as an accountant while still working. In 2007, I took over full responsibility for all administrative tasks at Schütze + Seifert (accounting, finance, wages and salaries) as administrative manager. In winter 2021, I was granted power of attorney by Mr Seifert.

My name is Corinna Funk. As a personnel consultant in the commercial sector, I cover all commercial and academic job profiles, from clerks to management assistants to controllers. I also look after the large IT sector. It is very important to me to "match" not only the technical but also the interpersonal aspects in order to generate long-term success and satisfaction for all parties involved. My name is Julia Mohr. As a qualified office communications specialist, I started as a team assistant at Schütze + Seifert in April 2009 and have always enjoyed returning here after my two baby breaks. In 2016, I switched to the commercial department and
