Our way
After several years of professional and industry experience, graduate economist Walther Schütze and master craftsman and technician Matthias Seifert founded the company Schütze + Seifert in Fulda in 1992. From 1993 onwards, the company was expanded with the establishment of further branches. Today, Schütze + Seifert has locations in Fulda, Würzburg, Gießen and Allendorf. After Mr. Schütze's retirement in 2020, Mr. Matthias Seifert continues to run the company as sole owner and managing director. In November 2021, administrative manager Sven Pöttgen was granted power of attorney for Schütze + Seifert GmbH & Co. KG.
The head office in Fulda works as a service centre from payroll to invoicing to balance sheet preparation for all locations. It provides important support for data processing, communication technology, legal advice and information for all business-related matters.

We are facing the exciting challenges of our time with a colourfully mixed society, many decisions to be made every day, changing communication behaviour and competition in the labour market.
