Your profile:
- Commercial training (industrial, office, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), or similar)
- Initial work experience is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, preferably also basic SAP knowledge (but not essential)
- Basic knowledge of commercial law
Your tasks:
- Independent verification, account assignment and posting of incoming vendor documents
- Processing intercompany settlements
- Checking incoming documents on the basis of tax invoice characteristics
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Internal contact for questions regarding the workflow process and collaboration in its further development
