Your profile:

1. Commercial training (tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or similar)
2. First professional experience in accounts payable accounting
3. Confident handling of MS Office, digital affinity
4. Knowledge of SAP an advantage
5. Structured and conscientious way of working

Your tasks:

1. Independent posting of creditor business transactions, monitoring of payment flows
2. Processing of reminders
3. Working closely with other departments to clarify invoice items
4. Preparation and execution of bank payments, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
5. Reconciliation of accounts payable and G/L accounts
