Your profile:

• Commercial training (tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or similar)
• First professional experience in accounts payable accounting
• Confident handling of MS Office, digital affinity
• Knowledge of SAP an advantage
• Structured and conscientious way of working

Your tasks:

• Independent posting of creditor business transactions, monitoring of payment flows
• Processing of reminders
• Working closely with other departments to clarify invoice items
• Preparation and execution of bank payments, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Reconciliation of accounts payable and G/L accounts
