Your profile:

• First professional experience in telephone customer service and enjoy sales
• Confident handling of MS Office, preferably also with an ERP system
• Good communication skills
• Team spirit

Your tasks:

• Initial telephone contact with interested parties and decision-makers from small and medium-sized companies
• Presenting products and services
• Contact bookings
• Master data maintenance
