Dispatcher (m/f/d)

We are offering an organisational talent in the warehouse a varied job as a dispatch employee (m/f/d) at our customer in the metal and electrical industry. You will receive an above-standard hourly wage, collectively agreed bonuses, punctual payment of wages and support wherever you need it.

With us you will receive:

Here would be your tasks:

• Processing of incoming and outgoing goods, dispatch, internal goods traffic
• On-schedule dispatch processing
• Creation of delivery notes
• Organisation of the warehouse inventory
• Documentation of deliveries
• Ensuring the timely and proper flow of materials
• Reporting with detailed information on shipped and received goods
• Improving warehouse processes
  

What you should bring with you:

• Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or similar
• Knowledge of current customs and foreign trade regulations
• Basic knowledge of legal requirements and standards
• Experience in working with ERP systems
• Valid forklift licence
• Manual dexterity
• Very good administrative and organisational skills
