Your profile:

• Commercial training (industrial/office/wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or similar)
• Experience in sales/customer service and general office tasks
• Confident handling of MS Office and knowledge of a merchandise management programme
• Team spirit, commitment, technical understanding
• Friendly and confident demeanour

Your tasks:

• Order acceptance and customer advice
• Order processing
• Concept creation, quotation preparation and calculation
• Dispatch processing
• Liaising with customers and suppliers
