Your profile:

• Commercial training (office/industrial/wholesale clerk (m/f/d) or similar) and experience in internal sales
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English
• Customer mentality and enjoy making phone calls
• Team spirit and an independent way of working

Your tasks:

• Customer service and sales support
• Quotation preparation and price research
• Order processing from entry to follow-up
• Complaints processing
• Master data maintenance
