Your profile:

• Commercial training (office organisation/management, retail (m/f/d) or similar) and experience in internal sales of products requiring explanation
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP R/3 (preferably module SD)
• Good technical understanding
• Good written and spoken English (other languages welcome)
• Team spirit and an independent way of working

Your tasks:

• Customer advice by telephone
• Preparation of quotations according to internal agreement, follow-up of quotations
• Complete commercial order processing incl. coordination of delivery dates
• Registering shipments with forwarding agents or a parcel service
• General administrative and sales activities
