Your profile:

• Commercial training (wholesale and foreign trade/office/industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar)
• Experience in customer service and resource planning is an advantage, but not essential
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Good written and spoken English, other foreign languages also welcome
• Team spirit, customer orientation and communication skills

Your tasks:

• Organisation of national and international customer visits
• Deployment planning and support for service technicians worldwide
• Preparation of reports, statistics, etc.
• Correspondence with international customers, representatives and employees
• Travel planning, support and follow-up, including visa processing
