Your profile:
- Training in the IT sector (system technician (m/f/d), IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), system electronics technician (m/f/d) or similar) or corresponding professional experience
- Sound IT knowledge: Windows Server, virtualisation, firewalls and MS Office
- Friendly and confident demeanour
- Systematic and goal-orientated way of working
- Class B driving licence
Your tasks:
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of Windows server solutions, networks, security solutions and standalone PCs
- Customer consulting and support (via remote session or directly on site)
- 2nd and 3rd level support
- Recording of documentation
