Your profile:

• Training in the IT sector (system technician (m/f/d), IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), system electronics technician (m/f/d) or similar) or corresponding professional experience
• Sound IT knowledge: Windows Server, virtualisation, firewalls and MS Office
• Friendly and confident demeanour
• Systematic and goal-orientated way of working
• Class B driving licence

Your tasks:

• Installation, commissioning and maintenance of Windows server solutions, networks, security solutions and standalone PCs
• Customer consulting and support (via remote session or directly on site)
• 2nd and 3rd level support
• Recording of documentation
