Your profile:

1. Commercial training (office communication/management (m/f/d), secretary (m/f/d) or similar) and several years of professional experience in assistance
2. Confident handling of the MS Office package
3. Business fluent in English
4. Organisational skills and a sense of responsibility
5. Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking

Your tasks:

1. Supporting the management in all administrative and organisational activities
2. Appointment management, preparation and follow-up of meetings
3. Organisation of events and customer visits
4. Travel and visa organisation including travel expense accounting
5. Collaboration on projects
