1. Medical or commercial training (medical assistant (m/f/d), office management/communication clerk or similar)
2. Confident handling of MS Office
3. Reliability and an independent way of working
4. Enjoy teamwork

Your tasks:

1. Preparation of invoices
2. Telephone order acceptance and follow-up requests
3. Maintenance of patient data
4. General administrative tasks
5. Providing information on the telephone
