Your profile:

• Completed training (educator (m/f/d), social/special needs educator (m/f/d)) with initial work experience
• Empathy and joy in the loving care of children
• creativity
• Openness and strong communication skills, also in dealing with parents
• Team spirit

Your tasks:

• Tear-drier, encourager, storyteller, shoe-binder, mediator
• Educating, caring for and supporting children in the U3 area
• Planning and implementing group-related programmes and projects
• Observing, monitoring and documenting the children's development processes
• Working with parents and regular team meetings to exchange ideas with colleagues
