Your profile:
- Commercial training (office management/communication clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or similar)
- Experience in invoicing is an advantage (approx. 1 year)
- Confident handling of MS Office and affinity for numbers
- Careful and independent way of working
- Team spirit and communication skills
Your tasks:
- General administrative tasks
- Creation of complex invoices (with Sage KHK)
- Recording new employees
- Master data maintenance
- Creation of apprenticeship contracts
