Your profile:
- Commercial training (businessman (m/f/d) office communication/management, industrial clerk (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or similar) and several years of practical experience in payroll accounting
- Sound knowledge of social security and payroll tax law
- Good knowledge of MS Office and payroll software (preferably SAGE HR)
- Responsible and structured way of working
- Team spirit
Your tasks:
- Independent preparation of payroll accounting in SAGE
- Communication with health insurance companies, offices and authorities
- Contact person for all payroll-related, wage tax and social security issues
- Maintenance of personnel master data, personnel files, time recording
- Administrative activities
