Your profile:

1. Commercial training (office communication, office management, industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar) and experience in human resources (labour law, time recording, payroll accounting)
2. Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of Datev or Sage desirable
3. A careful and reliable way of working
4. Discretion and team spirit

Your tasks:

1. Processing of time recording and preparation of monthly analyses
2. Contributing to payroll accounting
3. Maintenance of personnel files
4. Writing and publishing job adverts
5. Preparation of references, employment contracts, certificates, etc.
